		<description>I agree with you Dave, and it is great to own a piece of history. But the 2G and 3G iPods were leaps and bounds better the the original iPod. Not to mention they were cheaper, smaller, and held more music. Plus the dock connectors allow one to use their iPods in your car. It's not easy to find a means to listen to the 1G iPod in a car today. 

All I'm trying to say is that the 1st MacPhone would really test the waters and the 2nd or 3rd gen MacPhones is where the platform will get it's legs and third parties start developing add-ons for it.</description>

		<description>I have to disagree.  The original iPod was a paradigm shifting introduction in our culture.  It changed the way we relate to music.  Sure the new iPods are amazing (and just wait to see whatSteve pulls out of his hat on Tuesday) but the original little box did amazing things.
